Well, I've gotta say, it's exactly what the Democratic Party needs to learn - stop pandering to those who you disagree with and actually convince the people that you're right, and not only will people agree with you more, not only will people respect you more. They'll like you a lot more as well. Gore was so restrained in (what the average vboter saw of) the 2000 election that he was like a blank canvas for the RNC to paint whatever liberal nightmare they wanted on him. I like a Gore with opinions that he's adamant about espousing. I like that Gore quite a bit.
